I will definitely be going to Browns again when I next need a new pair of shoes - but I promise I'll check the hours first!
I've bought many pairs of shoes from Browns over the years: I know I'll always get good-quality shoes and excellent service. Today, however, they went above and beyond. I arrived at closing time just after the door was locked. The staff immediately let me in and turned the lights back on. I explained my shoe emergency (I'm pregnant and my feet are so swollen that nothing in my closet fits), and after measuring my feet they found about eight pairs for me to try on. I'm very happy with the funky sandals that they helped me find, and have been comfortably wearing them all evening.
